The heating methods of electric heaters mainly include resistance heating, medium heating, infrared heating, induction heating, arc heating and electron beam heating. The major difference between these heating methods is that the methods of converting electrical energy are different.
1. Before the electric heater equipment starts to be shipped, it should be checked whether there is air leakage in the product and whether the equipment of the grounding wire is safe and reliable. Ensure that all operations are correct before opening the equipment for operation.
2. The electric heating tube of the electric heater should be inspected for insulation. Its insulation resistance to the ground should be less than 1 ohm. If it is greater than 1 ohm, it is forbidden to use. It must be ensured that it meets the requirements of the specification before it can continue to work.
3. After the wiring of the product is correctly connected, the terminals must be sealed to avoid oxidation.
