Electric heaters are mainly in the process of converting electrical energy into thermal energy in the process of working. The heating methods of electric heaters mainly include resistance heating, medium heating, infrared heating, induction heating, arc heating and electron beam heating. The major difference between these heating methods is that the way of converting electrical energy is different .
1. Before the electric heater equipment starts to be shipped, it should be checked whether the product has air leakage and whether the grounding wire device is safe and reliable. Make sure that all the work is correct before turning on the equipment.
2. The electric heating tube of the electric heater should be inspected for insulation. Its insulation resistance to the ground should be less than 1 ohm. If it is greater than 1 ohm, it is strictly prohibited to use. It must be ensured that it meets the standard requirements before continuing to work.
3. After the wiring of the product is correctly connected, the terminals must be sealed to prevent oxidation.
