Ordinary electric air heaters are widely used, and their heating temperature can reach 850 °C. Its use range is also very wide, almost any gas can be heated, and the heating effect is good, and the whole process is safe and reliable, and will not pollute the environment. However, when it is used, it also has some requirements, specifically:
1. The electric air heater must be interlocked with the blower. If the blower is not turned on, the electric air heater cannot be turned on.
2. Electric air heaters and their metal ducts should be well grounded.
3. For the air ducts used, the insulation materials should be non-combustible materials with insulating properties to ensure safety.
The air duct electric heater is similar in structure to the ordinary air electric heater, but it also needs to install an intermodal device between the fan and the heater. And before and after the heater, a differential pressure device should be added to prevent the fan from malfunctioning. The gas pressure of the ducted electric heater generally cannot exceed 0.3Kg/cm2, otherwise there will be problems. Therefore, it is still different from ordinary air heaters.
