From a structural point of view, the thermal oil heater is mainly composed of electric heating elements, organic heat carrier furnace, heat exchanger, control cabinet, thermal oil pump, expansion tank and other components. When in use, the user only needs to connect to the power supply, medium inlet and outlet pipes and some electrical interfaces.
From the perspective of the scope of application, the current heat transfer oil heater has been widely used in high-temperature shaping, sheet heating, asphalt heating and other work links. It can be used in rubber, drying, printing and dyeing, chemical, mold, oven and other industries. See the figure of the thermal oil heater.
In order to further reduce the energy consumption of the heat-conducting oil heater, it can be achieved by setting its timing start and stop, so that part of the electricity cost can be saved. Since the heat-conducting oil heater is different from the coal-fired boiler and does not require manual operation, it is necessary to start the oil heater in real time.
In order to achieve this goal, according to the user’s request, we have added a real-time control device to the heat transfer oil heater control system. You only need to set the predetermined time, turn on the power switch and the heating switch, and the device can press The first set time starts and stops heating on time.
However, considering that the oil pump in the heat transfer oil heater is still circulating cooling, the oil pump will only stop automatically when the oil temperature drops to about 80°C. Therefore, you only need to restore the power switch and heating switch when you are off work, and then turn on the power again.
Jiangsu Weineng Electric Co.,Ltd is profession manufacturer of various types of industrial electric heater, everything is customized in our factory, could you please kindly share your detailed requirements, then we can check in details and make the design for you.
