The voltage ratio of the input to the output is equal to the ratio of the turns of the coil, while the energy remains constant. Therefore, the secondary coil generates a large current under low voltage conditions. For induction heaters, the bearing is a short-circuited single-turn secondary coil that passes a large current at a lower AC voltage, thereby generating a large amount of heat. The heater itself and the yoke are kept at room temperature. Since this heating method induces an electric current, the bearing is magnetized. It is important to ensure that the bearing is demagnetized in the future so that it does not attract metal magnetic chips during operation. FAG induction heaters have automatic degaussing function. It is the use of metal to generate eddy currents in an alternating magnetic field to heat itself, and is generally used in metal heat treatment. The principle is that when a thicker metal is in an alternating magnetic field, an electric current is generated due to the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction. After the thicker metal generates current, the current will form a spiral active path inside the metal, so that the heat generated by the current movement is absorbed by the metal itself, which will cause the metal to heat up quickly. This equipment is an energy-saving equipment for pre-heating or secondary heating of fuel oil. It is installed before the incineration equipment to complete the heating of the fuel oil before incineration, so that it can reach a lower temperature under high temperature (105℃-150℃). The viscosity of the fuel oil promotes the effects of sufficient atomization and incineration, and achieves the purpose of saving energy. It is widely used in the pre-heating or secondary heating of heavy oil, asphalt, clean oil and other fuel oils.

3. The operating voltage should not be greater than 1.1 times the extra value, and the enclosure should be effectively grounded.
4. Insulation resistance≥1MΩ , Dielectric strength: 2KV/1min.
5. The electric heating tube should be well positioned and fixed, and the effective heating area must be fully immersed in liquid or metal solid, and empty burning is prohibited. When it is found that there is scale or carbon on the surface of the tube body, it should be removed and cleaned in time to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening the service life.
6. When heating fusible metals or solid nitrates, alkalis, bitumen, paraffin, etc., the operating voltage should be lowered first, and the additional voltage should be raised after the medium is melted.
7. When heating the air, the components should be interspersed and evenly placed, so that the components have good heat dissipation conditions, so that the air flowing through can be fully heated.
8. Safety measures should be considered when heating nitrate to prevent explosion.
9. The wiring part should be placed outside the insulation layer to avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media and moisture; the lead wire should be able to withstand the temperature and heating load of the wiring part for a long time, and excessive force should be avoided when tightening the wiring screws.
10. The components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ due to long-term storage, it can be dried in an oven at about 200 ℃, or the voltage can be reduced and the insulation resistance can be restored.
11. The magnesium oxide powder at the outlet end of the electric heating tube can avoid the entry of pollutants and moisture in the application site, and avoid the occurrence of electric leakage accidents.
