1.Structure
The air electric heater is mainly composed of electric heating elements, cylinders, baffles, etc. The electric heating elements mainly refer to metal tubes with high temperature resistance wires placed inside, and the gaps in the tubes are filled with crystalline magnesium oxide Powder, good insulation and thermal conductivity.
2.Install and usage
The control cabinet should be placed in a ventilated and dry place, and should be easy to operate, and its shell should be grounded.
The electric air heater should be installed horizontally, the base should be firm, and the shell should be grounded.
When installing the electric air heater body and the pipe, pay attention to the direction of the inlet and outlet, and make no mistake.
When the temperature measuring element is installed, the positive and negative poles should be connected correctly.
The cold insulation resistance of the heater should be measured before use, and it should not be lower than 2MΩ. The humidity cannot be greater than 85%, and the inlet and outlet ends of the power cord should be connected firmly and correctly.
Check whether the components and screws of the control cabinet are loose or damaged, and deal with any problems in time.
After all inspections of the air electric heater are confirmed to be correct, it must be energized and tested.
3.Maintenance
1) Air heater should be handled with care during transportation and use, and it is strictly forbidden to be impacted and knocked.
2) The cylinder part should be hoisted to avoid damage to internal components.
3) The electric air heater and control cabinet should be properly stored and protected from damp and rain.
4. Causes and troubleshooting
1) The power indicator does not light up, the digital display does not work or the voltmeter has no indication. At this time, check whether the air switch is closed and whether the fuse in the control circuit is blown.
2) If the heater temperature does not rise, you can use an oscilloscope to detect the trigger to see if there is an output pulse, or use a temperature regulator to detect whether there is a PID signal output.
