The electric heating tubes are arranged in a straight line to reduce pressure loss. After the sealing air generated by the sealing fan enters the electric heater, it exchanges heat with the surface of the electric heating tube. After fully heated, it can meet the process requirements at the outlet. A temperature sensor Pt100 is installed at the outlet of the electric heater to measure the temperature of the outlet sealing air. Feedback the measured temperature signal to the automatic temperature control cabinet for automatic adjustment to ensure the accuracy of the sealing air heating temperature. The automatic temperature control cabinet is equipped with electrical components for power distribution, control and protection of the electric heater. There are circuit breakers, AC contactors, temperature display regulators, thyristors, thyristor triggers and other control and display components. The principle of automatic constant temperature control of the temperature automatic control cabinet: the temperature sensor measures the temperature of the sealed air heated by the electric heating tube, and feeds back the temperature signal to the temperature display regulator in the control cabinet. After the temperature display regulator is processed, it is triggered by the control thyristor The device is used to control the power of the electric heating tube, so as to play the role of constant temperature control. When an over-temperature situation occurs, the temperature automatic control cabinet outputs an over-temperature alarm signal to the control system and automatically cuts off the power supply of the electric heater to achieve the purpose of self-protection. Electric heaters can be controlled remotely or operated locally. Electric heater and temperature automatic control cabinet are installed on the same bottom pad. The electric heating tube of the electric heater and the temperature automatic control cabinet have been connected with high temperature resistant wires before leaving the factory.
