2）Before the ducted electric heater is heated, the relevant components should be checked to see if they are in a normal and usable state. For the power supply of the electric heater, its voltage should be equal to that of the electric heater, and it should be provided separately.
3）The connection between the electric heater and the control circuit should be ensured correctly before the electric heater can be put into use.
4）Before using the electric heater, all wiring terminals should be checked to see if they are fastened. If they are loose, they should be fastened and grounded to ensure the safe operation of the electric heater.
5）At the air inlet of the electric heater, a filter should be installed to prevent foreign matter from entering the electric heating tube, which will damage the electric heating tube and affect the service life of the electric heater. In addition, the filter should be cleaned regularly.
6）When the terminal is installed, a space distance of not less than 1m should be left, which can facilitate maintenance and repair.
The difference between electric air heaters and ducted electric heaters
1）The electric air heater must be operated in an interlock with the blower, while the air duct electric heater needs to be equipped with a differential pressure device before and after it to avoid the failure of the fan.
2）The use range of the air electric heater is wider than that of the air duct electric heater. The gas heated by the air electric heater can be any gas, while the air duct electric heater can only be the air in the air duct.
