1. Application

2. Before operation
1）Check whether the various switches and instruments of the electric heater are normal and work normally, including transfer switches, temperature control instruments, etc.
2) When the explosion-proof electric heater is used for the first time, professional and technical personnel should be present to prevent technical problems.
3) Check the liquid level gauge, explosion-proof connection box and control cabinet, etc., whether the explosion-proof connection box is grounded, and whether the parameters in the control cabinet are set reasonably and correctly.
3. Notes
1) The electric heater and explosion-proof connection box should be grounded reliably.
2) If there is no medium flowing in the electric heater, it cannot be used, otherwise the electric heater will be burned out.
3) If the electric heater is not used for a long time, all circuit breakers should be turned off.
4) If you want to change the parameters, it should be done by a technician, and other personnel cannot change it without authorization.
5) After the electric heater stops working, it should be cooled down for three to five minutes, so as to prevent the residual temperature of the electric heater from being too high and affecting the next use.
