Employing a skid system allows for easy access for immersion heaters maintenance. The system allows for the complete removal of the heater, providing easy access for maintenance. As well as avoiding the need to drain a tank to clean or repair the immersion heater. This reduces time and product loss.
The removal also makes it easier to perform routine maintenance in the tank, checking seals, cleaning up particulate build-up, and checking for corrosion.
